The need to re-submit the questionnaire set up arises from the changes to your requests or as a solution for some issues that you might have been experiencing. Re-submitting your questionnaire set-up will ensure that you can see the correct questions relevant to you.

For guidance on how to complete your onboarding steps and questionnaire set up for the first time, please see our article here: Updated: CDP Portal Onboarding steps for Companies. In all instances, to resubmit a questionnaire set up, please click on ‘Edit questionnaire set up’

Important note: When you re-submit your pre-questionnaire set up, no data will be lost. You will, however, see changes in additional questions.

Please see the specific instances outlined below and follow the steps to re-submit your pre-questionnaire if they are of concern you.

Accepting an additional or late request as a Discloser

Following your questionnaire set up submission, you may receive new requests from your customers. You will see this under your questionnaire progress banner, e.g. You have 15 new requests, as seen in an example below.

Additionally, Requestors can send late requests to Organisations asking them to disclose after the 27th of August or after an Organisation has already submitted their response. You will see this under your questionnaire progress banner.

As a Discloser, you can review, accept, or decline additional or late requests. You can use the home page of your discloser dashboard to keep track of new requests:

Please note, that accepting an additional or a late request will necessarily require a re-submission of the questionnaire set up. This will ensure the most up to date questions are showing. Please note that previous responses will not be lost.

You can find the guidance on accepting or declining a late request in our article here. Additionally, please find the guidance on re-submitting here.

This year, we introduced a new functionality for parent companies to merge their subsidiary requests and disclose on their behalf as well as share their data with all relevant Supply Chain Members. This is the preferred approach for parent-subsidiary reporting as it enables the submission of a consolidated response to CDP, which includes all subsidiary data. You can find the full guidance on this process in our article here.

If you are a parent organization, navigate to your Requests and select Subsidiaries, then click on the arrow on the right next to each request. You will then be able to merge requests for your subsidiaries and confirm that you intend to respond on behalf of the requested organization.

Once a subsidiary request has been accepted, it will appear in the Delegated tab for parent organizations.

If you choose to disclose a consolidated response and merge your direct requests, please note that you will also need to resubmit your pre-questionnaire to ensure supply chain member names and relevant questions appear in your questionnaire (e.g. Question 7.26).

You will also be able to answer questions which require you to select the requesting member, as you will now see the full list of requesters as in your Requests list.

To re-submit your questionnaire set up, click on Edit questionnaire setup.

If you have registered an account and have been associated with your organization’s account on the Portal and have requests under your Requests tab, but the questionnaire is not appearing, please try resubmitting the questionnaire set up. Please note, your organization will need to select a Submission Lead first in order to submit the questionnaire set up.

If you have a Submission Lead and have resubmitted your questionnaire and this solution still does not work, please contact the support team through the Help Centre.

For some disclosers, the drop-down menu in question 7.26 erroneously shows “Smoke Test April. Please resubmit your pre-questionnaire if you are seeing this error. Resubmitting will not result in data loss.
