To update your account details or to re-set your password, sign in to our website and go to ‘My account’, where you will be able to:
- Change your name and surname
- Add a business phone number
- Add your job title
- Set/change your cultural settings
- Set/change your preferred email language
- Email address
- Organization name
To remove yourself as a contact for your organization, city, state or region, please also contact us via My Support.
Please note that even if we remove your contact details, your organization may receive future invitations to disclose if your investors and/or customers request it. If you are requested by your customers, we will use the contact details provided by them to contact your organization again.
