Guidance on what the updates mean for you
CDP has made a number of updates to the CDP questionnaire to improve customer experience, reporting and ensure data integrity.
Please note that most changes are minor, typically involving small clarifications, corrections, or technical fixes, rather than new questions or requirements.
However, some updates may impact the answers you have provided for certain questions or sections. You may now be presented with additional questions, or some questions you have already answered may have been removed.
We kindly request that you review and update the affected questions or sections in line with the updated guidance.
If there is any significant impact on your scoring or data, you would have been notified already by email throughout the cycle.
