This article is for Requesters and outlines how to add late requests to your Request list and how they will appear in your list once you have created your request list.

ContentsAs a Requester, once you have created your initial request list, you can continue to update your list, adding and removing new requests. Once submissions are enabled on 27 August, any new requests to disclosers will be considered as “late” requests. Disclosers will be able to accept or decline these late requests via their Poral.

Requesters will see the late requests in the In Review tab upon resubmission of the request list. Once the late request is accepted by the discloser, the request will move to the Total Organizations tab. Any late requests disclosers decline or do not respond to, will remain in the In Review tab of the request list.

Responding to Late request as a Discloser

Until August 27th organizations could have new requests for CDP disclosure being added without the ability to accept or reject those requests. A late request is a request sent to a discloser after August 27th or a request added to an organisation that has already submitted a response. For more guidance for disclosers on how they can manage their late requests, please see our article here.

After every newly accepted request, a user must manually re-submit their questionnaire set up in order to update the questionnaire and include all requesting authorities or customers in the response. Any questionnaire progress already made will not be lost when re-submitting the questionnaire set up.

Requesters can send late requests which can still be accepted/rejected by disclosers.

Requesters with accepted requests will receive the latest submission data & scores on release. Requesters with pending or declined requests will not.
