To update your account details or to re-set your password, sign in to our website and go to My account, where you will be able to:
- Change your name and surname
- Add a business phone number
- Add your job title
- Set/change your cultural settings
- Set/change your preferred email language

Please contact us via My Support in the Help Center to:
- Update your email address
- Update your organization name
- Remove yourself as a contact for your organization, city, state or region
