Register to disclose

CDP is the world's only global environmental data repository. When your organization discloses through CDP, you'll be part of the thousands of companies, investors, cities, states and regions using data to drive progress in the battle against climate change and nature loss. This form is for you if:

• You want to be added to an organization that's already registered and has received a request from one of your customers to disclose this year, but currently has no active users; or
• You want to register your organization as a self-selected company to disclose through CDP independently and share your responses with CDP Capital Markets Signatories.
• You want to disclose as a city, state or region.

This year, CDP is using Dun & Bradstreet's Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) to simplify our requesting and reporting data for companies. Cities, states and regions, and some other organizations are not assigned DUNS numbers. Find out more here.

If you are part of a company, please ensure you have your organization's full details, including its DUNS number. This is mandatory and enables us to identify your organization in our database.
