The Register to disclose form is for any new user from an organization seeking to:

  • - access to an existing already requested to disclose account on the CDP Portal, OR

  • - register to voluntarily disclose to CDP as a self-selected company, city, state, or region), OR

  • - disclose to CDP as a company not requested by Capital Market Signatories that would like to receive a public score.

What are self-selected companies (SSC)?

All companies are welcome to disclose through CDP. If you have not received a Capital Markets request to respond to CDP but would like to voluntarily share your response to the questionnaire with Capital Market Signatories, irrespective of any customer request(s) received, you will be classified as a ‘self-selected company’. Self-selected companies can register to disclose using the Register to disclose form.

Please note that a self-selected company response(s) will be made available to all Capital Market Signatories. Self-selected companies will also receive a score, providing they respond to the full version of the questionnaire and submit their response by the scoring deadline on September 18 2024. All rules applying to companies requested by Capital Market Signatories also apply to self-selected companies.

Note: If you wish to self-disclose as a self-selected company, you will be subject to the administrative fee for responding (for more information read this article on fees for responding as a company).

Self-selected company responses are not automatically made available to CDP’s Supply Chain members and other stakeholders (such as RE100 and NZAM). However, if you choose to submit a public response, your response will be accessible on the CDP website, including to interested Supply Chain members.

All cities, states and regions are welcome to provide information through CDP’s Cities and States and Regions questionnaires.

If you have not yet received a request to respond but you would like to do so, or you would like to be added to a city, state or region’s Portal, please register your interest by completing the Register to disclose form.

After you submit the registration form, we will check the data you have supplied and send you an email outlining the next step. During busy periods, this process may take a few weeks.
