Who should complete this form
Any new user from an organization that does not yet have access to the CDP Portal should complete this Register to disclose form.
If colleagues within your organization already have access to the CDP Portal, the fastest way to gain access to the Portal is for them to add you to your organization’s Portal account directly.

If this happens unintentionally, select 'No' in the popup to return to the search results and continue selecting the correct organization.
