CDP Portal homepage

Once you have signed in to your account and completed the tutorial, you will be presented with the Portal homepage.

The homepage consists of the navigation bar on the left-hand side and various other areas: Show Organization details, the Onboarding tile, the Phase bar, Questionnaire KPI tile, Request tile, Account Manager tile, Regional Email tile (if applicable) and the Events and Webinar tile (coming soon).

The navigation bar on the left-hand side of the homepage consists of:

  • Disclosing organization name and logo
  • Invite team members section
  • My Questionnaire
  • My Requests – visible from June 4th
  • Data and insights
  • Notifications
  • Support and resources
  • Settings

View and edit your organization details

The Show Organization details link at the top of the homepage enables you to view and update your organization details. If you click here, you will go to the organization details page.
Here, you can edit or amend the following information for your organization:

  • Organization logo
  • Organization name in local language
  • Organization website
  • Organization description

If you update any of this information for your organization, ensure you click the Save changes button.

As a Discloser, you will not be able to edit the Organization Name, Unique ID fields, CDP-ACS classification or address.

If these details need updating, please contact us via My Support to update these details on your behalf. Please select the categoryAccounts and access’ and subcategory ‘Update my personal details’ when raising a case to update your organization details.

To return to the homepage, click on the homepage button displayed in the navigation panel or the home button.
 

Questionnaire setup preview
The questionnaire setup process will be available to disclosers from June 4th . In this, users respond to a series of setup questions to determine the questions they will see in the questionnaire. Existing users will be notified when this is available. In the meantime you can view the preview of the CDP corporate questionnaire here.
