This article is for Disclosers and provides guidance on how to access your past questionnaire submissions.

Accessing your 2025 response
As of 2026, you can now view your 2025 response directly in the CDP Portal. To do this:

Sign in to your Discloser Portal account. If you are a new user, you can ask your colleagues to invite you as a new team member or complete the Register to Disclose form to gain access to the Portal. More details can be found in ourAccess and navigate the CDP Portal as a Discloser article.
Note: If your organization is also a Requester, you may need to switch Portal view to ensure you are viewing the Discloser Portal. Further guidance can be found in the Access the Discloser Portal section of our ‘Access and navigate the CDP Portal’ article. If your organization is solely disclosing, you will automatically be in the correct side of the Portal.

Once signed in, locate the ‘Disclosure History’ tile within your homepage and select the ‘View response’ button within it. Currently, only 2025 responses will be available through this feature. To view earlier year’s responses, please refer to the other sections of this article below.

After selecting this button, a new tab will open up in your browser that will display the 2025 questionnaire Portal view.

Navigate through your response by selecting a specific module and then scrolling through the questions or alternatively use the bar at the top for quicker navigation.
Important: The 2025 questionnaire page is available in read-only mode at the moment. The option to download a copy of your 2025 response is not currently available.
Note: For returning Disclosers, select questions in your 2026 questionnaire will be pre-filled with data from your 2025 response, this was previously known as the ‘copy forward’ feature. Accessing your 2024 response
The only current way to gain access to a copy of your 2024 response is by requesting this through a support a case. We recommend using the ‘Contact Support’ button at the end of this article as this will automatically prepopulate the correct category and subcategory for this case.
Alternatively, if you are raising this case directly through the My Support page in the Help Center, please ensure you select ‘I am a discloser’ for the user type, followed by the category ‘Questionnaire Support’ and the subcategory ‘Access to Previous Year(s) Response’. Accessing your responses from 2023 and earlier
CDP operates a main user interface known as the ‘Portal’ where you complete your questionnaire response for each disclosure cycle, and a separate data resource depository known as the ‘Legacy Dashboard or Platform’ that contains datasets and reports from this cycle and previous ones. Your responses from 2023 and earlier can be found here as well.
Note: Before accessing the Legacy Dashboard, please ensure that you have access to your organization’s Discloser account in the CDP Portal, and you’ve been added as a team member in your organization’s Portal. More importantly, only users with accounts previously set up will be able to view your organization’s Legacy Dashboard. If you encounter issues when trying to access the Legacy Dashboard or you wish to be granted access, please contact our Support team using the ‘Contact Support’ button at the end of the article. Alternatively, if you are raising this case directly via the My Support page in the Help Center, please use the case instructions provided in the ‘Access your 2024 response’ section above.
You can navigate to the Legacy Dashboard in two main ways:
Sign in to your CDP Portal and navigate to your homepage:

Locate and click the tile named ‘Data products and reports’.

Selecting this tile will redirect you to our 'Legacy Products' page on our website.

From here, find the dashboard relevant to your organization between Corporates, CDP-ICLEI Track, and Sates and Regions, and click the ‘SIGN IN TO EXPLORE THE DATA’ button underneath it.

You will be then redirected to your Legacy Dashboard homepage.
Alternatively, you can access the Legacy Dashboard directly from our website:

Here, navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click the ‘SIGN IN’ button.

From the list presented in the drop-down, locate and select the dashboard relevant to your organization.

You will be then redirected to your Legacy Dashboard homepage.
In your ‘CDP Legacy Dashboard’ you are able to find information about your previous disclosures and scores in the ‘Scores and Responses’ drop-down.
This drop-down will provide a table including:

Response (If applicable, theme and year: Climate Change, Forests or Water Security).

Year (From 2023 and earlier).
-
Response type (Public or non-public).
-
Status (Submitted, See another* or Not Submitted).
-
Score (Scored, Not Scored or Not Available).
*See another means that your Parent company disclosed on your behalf. Please contact them directly if you wish to access their response.
To view your past responses, click on the desired one in the ‘Response’ column.
Once opened, you will be able to navigate through the response either by scrolling through it or by selecting the desired section or question using the drop-down tiles on the left-hand side. To download the response, select the red ‘Export to PDF’ button at the top right of the response.
Note: You will not be able to make any edits to previous year responses.
