Accessing your 2025 disclosure cycle response

To access your current disclosure cycle response, you will need to navigate to your Discloser Portal. To do this, please sign in to your account. If you are a new user, you can either ask your colleagues to invite you as a new team member or you can register using the link above. You can also view our article on accessing the CDP portal for further instructions as well as our article on access troubleshooting if you encounter any issues during this process.

Note: if your organization is also a Requester, you will need to select ‘Discloser’ in the dropdown at the top of the navigation bar on the left. If your organization is solely disclosing, you will automatically be in the Discloser Portal.

If this is your first time accessing the Portal and you have not yet started answering the questionnaire, you will need to complete the onboarding steps before being able to gain access. These steps are listed on the blue onboarding tile at the top of your homepage. If you are a disclosing company, please view our article on onboarding steps for companies for further guidance, whereas if you are a disclosing city, state or region please view our article on onboarding steps for cities, states & regions.

Once you have completed all the onboarding steps, the ‘Start questionnaire’ button on the top right of the onboarding tile will enable and become red. By clicking this you will be able to start your questionnaire for the current disclosure cycle.

If you have already started your questionnaire, you can then either access your response directly from your Portal homepage by clicking the red ‘View Questionnaire Caret Right outline ’ button;

Or you can navigate to the left navigation panel in your Portal homepage and click ‘Questionnaire’, which will take you to your response.

Note: if you wish to download your entire response or select sections only, please visit our article on exporting your questionnaire responses from the CDP Portal, for further instructions.

Viewing your 2024 response

Please note that your previous year’s response will not be available on the Portal this year. However, for returning Disclosers, your 2025 questionnaire will be pre-filled with data from your 2024 response, also known as ‘copy forward’. This allows parts of the 2024 response to be used to complete the 2025 questionnaire; not that this does not apply to all questions.

If you wish to view your response from 2024, you can request a copy by raising a case and contacting our support team through My Support. This can be accessed through your Portal by clicking ‘Support’ on the left navigation panel and then ‘Help Centre’ in the list that appears. To help limit the number of cases for CDP, we kindly ask that you rely on the pre-filled data where possible and check for downloaded copies in your records before raising a case.

When raising this case, please ensure you choose the category ‘I have a query related to the questionnaire’ and the subcategory ‘I would like access to my previous year responses’ to ensure your case goes to the right team.

Important: Only users with accounts previously set up will be able to view your organization’s legacy dashboard. To be granted access to the legacy dashboard, please contact us via ‘My Support’. When raising this case, please ensure you choose the category ‘I have a query related to the questionnaire’ and the subcategory ‘I would like access to my previous year responses’ to ensure your case goes to the right team.

Once you have clicked on the desired option, you will be taken to your ‘CDP Legacy Dashboard’ where you are able to find information about your previous year disclosures and scores, announcements from the previous years and all your corporate related documents and supporting data. These are accessible through the ‘Scores and Responses’ dropdown.
