My organization has NOT received a request to disclose from CDP Capital Markets, but would like to volunteer to disclose independently.

Thank you for your interest in disclosing through CDP independently. To allow you to do so, you will be set up as a "Self-Selected Company (SSC)".

An SSC is an organisation that has not received a CDP Capital Markets request to disclose through CDP directly but would like to do so voluntarily, irrespective of any customer request(s) received.

NOTE:This option is recommended if you have not received any request to disclose through CDP but would like to do so independently or if you belong to a Public Authority.

If you have received a request from your Customer AND would like to share your response with CDP Capital Markets signatories, you can do so by opting for an SSC request. However, we suggest you only select this option after you have confirmed your request from your Customer.

A few things to note, before proceeding:

• SSCs are subject to anadmin fee. This fee is non-refundable and payable via the CDP Portal before you start your questionnaire.
• SSCs response to the questionnaire will be shared with all CDP Capital Market Signatories by default. All rules applying to companies requested by CDP Capital Market Signatories will apply.
• SSCs are eligible to receive a public score, if response to the questionnaire is submitted by the scoring deadline.
• SSC requests cannot be removed once confirmed, unless on exceptional grounds.
