Below you can find links to Cities and States and Regions questionnaires and, where available, Reporting Guidance for previous reporting cycles. These can be used to understand how the questionnaire has evolved over time. In addition, this provides a valuable resource for interpreting questionnaire responses from previous years. Aggregated publicly reported response data is available through the CDP Cities, States and Regions Open Data Portal. Complete responses for individual cities, states and regions, and corporate responders, including supporting attachments such as inventories, climate risk and vulnerability assessments and action plans can be accessed through CDP Response Search. To view responses through Response Search you will need to register an account with www.cdp.net.
Pre-2024 the Cities and States and Regions questionnaires were separated, as well as the questionnaires and guidance. Since 2024 they were integrated into one platform, please see below.
