This article is for Requesters and provides guidance on how to remove organizations from your Request list.

Note: You can remove organizations from your list at any time before the requested organization activates the questionnaire. If you wish to remove an organization that has already started the questionnaire, please raise a case through the Help Center.

Remove an organization's request before they start responding

To remove organizations from your Request list, first navigate to your current disclosure cycle list either via the ‘Manage organizations’ or the ‘Engage organizations’ button, located on the navigation panel in your Requester Portal. Next, click ‘View’ or ‘View list’ on your current disclosure cycle Request list.

Within your list, tick the checkbox on the left of the organization you wish to remove (or tick the checkbox within the header to select all the organizations) and then click the ‘Remove from list’ button at the top.

To confirm that you would like to remove the selected organizations, click the red ‘Yes, remove’ button in the popup that appears.

Important: If you had already submitted your Request list before removing the organization(s), you will need to resubmit your list to save the changes. To do this, click ‘Submit list à’ on the far right.

Remove an organization's request after they start responding

Once an organization on your Request list has activated the questionnaire, the tick box on the left-hand side will become greyed out and you will not be able to remove that organization from your list. This is to ensure CDP can provide a smooth disclosure experience for the Discloser.

If you need to remove a request from an organization that has already activated or submitted their questionnaire, please contact your Account Manager or CDP Support to remove the request.
