This article is for Requesters and provides guidance on how to submit your Request list on the Portal once you have created your list. For further information, please see our video tutorial on submitting and accessing a Request list.

Once Requesters have created and finalized their Request list, the last step is to submit it. This can be done in two different ways: from Manage organizations and Engage organizations Please see our article on steps to create your list if you have not yet created a Request list.

Timeline: submit your list by w/c June 9 to ensure your request are confirmed before the launch of the questionnaire. Any requests added after this date will be subject to approval by the Discloser.

Important: any changes made after you submit your list will need to be done manually, as the CSV upload functionality will no longer be available. You will need to resubmit your list after any changes for these to take effect.



How to submit a Request list from Manage organizations

1. Click ‘Manage organizations’ on the left navigation panel in your homepage.

2. Click ‘View’ on the right of your current cycle list.
 

 


3. A popup will appear. To finalize the process and submit your list click ‘Yes, submit’.
 

 

4. Click the red ‘Submit list à’ button. Remember, you will not be able to submit your list if there are missing DUNS numbers.

After following these steps, your list will be submitted and the Request statuses will change to ‘Active’.

 

 

How to submit a Request list from Engage organizations

You can also submit your list from the ‘Engage organizations’ section.

         1. Click ‘Engage organizations’ on the left navigation panel in your homepage,

         2. Click the red ‘Submit list à’ button,

         3. A popup will appear. To finalize the process and submit your list click ‘Yes, submit’.

After following these steps, your list will be submitted and the Request statuses will change to ‘Active’.
