Access the CDP Portal as a previous user

Existing corporate CDP users will receive an email containing a link from CDP inviting them to sign in to the new CDP Portal on May 14. Please check your junk or spam folders and if you cannot find an email from CDP, please contact us via My Support.

You may have received an email from CDP in December regarding a CDP password reset. If you completed this reset process, please click the 'Access CDP Portal' button in the email to access the Portal. Otherwise, you will need to complete the 'Register with CDP form' before accessing the CDP Portal.

If you have not signed in to your account on our website since December 2023, you will need to reset your password. Please see here for information on this.

If you have issues signing in or accessing your account, please contact our support team through My Support in the Help Center.

Access CDP’s Portal as a new user

To access your organization’s Portal as a new user, you will either need to be added as a team member by a colleague with access to your organization’s Portal, or you will need to complete the
Register to disclose form,  available on our website from May 14.

If your organization already has active users, your colleagues can add you as a user by clicking on Invite Team member button from their Portal. You will then receive an email informing you that you have been added to the CDP Portal.

New users will need to click the Set up your CDP account button provided in the email, which will take you to a form to create your account. Complete your details and click Register.

Once you have completed the Create your account form, you will receive a post registration email and be able to sign in and access the Portal.

On your first sign in to your account, you will see a welcome popup introducing CDP’s mission and a brief tutorial of the platform. Here, you will have the option to either continue with or skip the tutorial.

Once you have viewed or skipped the tutorial, you will land on the home page of the CDP Portal for your organization.
