Submission deadline
The deadline to submit a response to be eligible for CDP scoring is the week of September 14. However, Disclosers can continue to submit and edit their responses until the final disclosure deadline the week of October 26. For further information, please see this year's disclosure timeline.
A limited number of extensions to the scoring deadline may be available and must be requested by September 29. For more information, including fees (if applicable), please see the Annex of the respective Scoring introduction documents for the Full, SME, and Cities, States and Regions questionnaires.
Pre-requisite steps (Submission Lead & admin fee)
Before submitting, ensure that:
-
The Discloser Submission Lead role is confirmed; only the user with this role can submit your organization's response. Please see our article onDiscloser roles for further guidance.
-
The response is in a scored language and the corresponding selection has been made in the questionnaire, if you intend to receive a score. Only Corporate responses submitted in English, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish will be eligible for scoring, provided all other scoring criteria are met. For Cities, States, and Regions, all languages will be scored, provided all other scoring criteria are met.
For Corporates: The administrative fee has been paid and/or an invoice has been raised. The Submission Lead must either pay the admin fee or raise an invoice in the Portal before being able to submit the questionnaire. If your organization is exempt from the admin fee, the Submission Lead will need to select the 'No fee payable' option before being able to submit. For further guidance, please see our article on how to pay the CDP admin fee.
